A-Z
Aromatherapy- An A-Z  Patricia Davis, Sarah Budd (Illustrator) : I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in aromatherapy. Over 400 entries cover oils, methods of use, safety factors, ailments and much more in an easy-access encylopedia format. Patricia's writing is very accessable and I discovered many glistening nuggets of information which I hadn't come across in other books - as a professional aromatherapist she has a lot to offer the book from her own experiences, and personally I found this book very inspiring! A useful section at the back deals with health and safety factors, as well as a list of oil blends for various situations. Get this book!!
