How to use : Empty contents into wide bowl, add up to 1 litre of boiling water, place large towel over head and lean over the bowl. Steam for at least 10 mins or for as long as it is comfortable. Recyclable packaging.

The 3 C's [Facial Steam Mix] - £1.50
A blend of organic calendula petals, chamomile flowers & comfrey, to soothe, soften & heal skin. The cooled infusion can also be swabbed over [clean] skin to help soothe skin conditions such as exzema or itchy rashes.

Stimulate [Facial Steam Mix] - £1.50
A blend of organic rosemary and thyme to stimulate skin - Makes an excellent blend for a pre-mask facial steam.

Gaia's Garden Face / Body Masks

From the "Just Add Milk!" range - fresh herbal products when you want them!
How to use : Simply add enough milk* to the dried ingredients to make a paste, smooth on to clean skin and relax.... when you're ready, wash off with circular motions and pat dry. Finish the treatment with a little jojoba or almond oil if desired.
* Water, carrier oil, or natural yoghurt can be used instead of milk. ALLERGY WARNING - Contains Nuts [Almonds] - Nourish also contains Wheatgerm and Wheatbran. Recyclable kraft bag with greaseproof paper for small packet [at least 20g] - Larger packet is a recylable, resealable plastic pouch [100g].

Gaia's Garden range of handblended Skin and Remedy Oils are prepared using only the finest quality natural ingredients, and contain no artificial preservatives, colourings or fragrances.

Elixir and Buzz-Off! oils can also be used as Bath / Massage oils. All are presented in 50ml amber glass bottles with the exception of the 'ice' headache remedy, which is presented in a 10ml amber bottle with dropper.
For blended carrier oils without essential oils added try Lady Godiva or Sky Clad [see Bath / Massage section]. Ideal skin care for sensitive skin.

Apply Blemish Potion to skin with a cotton wool pad, using a clean pad to wipe clean until no more dirt is being removed. Avoid the sensitive eye area.

A blend of Geranium, Rosemary and Lavender essential oils in an Almond oil base. Massage into wrists, ankles and exposed skin to help deter mosquitos. Can also be added to bath water. A pleasant alternative to citronella oil!

ice - Headache Remedy - £3.50 - Now 10ml

A blend of pure Lavender & Peppermint essential oils to soothe & invigorate. Add 3 - 4 drops to a bowl of ice cold water. Soak a cloth in the water, wring out, & apply cloth to forehead or nape of neck. Resoak the cloth as it warms up. Available in a 10ml amber bottle with dropper.

Journey's End - Foot Oil - [50ml] - £6.00

A blend of Peppermint, Tea-Tree and Lavender essential oils in an Almond oil base. Refresh tired, overworked feet or prepare them for the day/night ahead...
Also an effective remedy for feet of a slightly whiffy variety. The Tea-Tree oil may also help remedy fungal infections such as athletes foot.

Gaia's Garden Organic Herbal Hair Oils

We use only the finest organic herbs infused in organic olive oil and handblended with quality essentail oils and jojoba oil to make these luxurious herbal hair oils fit for a Goddess / God! Presented in Amber Glass Bottles.

How to use : Stand bottle in hot water to warm the oil - shake bottle before use - massage oil into scalp and roots and smooth through hair to tips. Leave in for half an hour or so, covered with a warm towel if desired. Shampoo and wash out. Leave hair to dry naturally.
