Faeries : The faeries of the seasons work
hard to guard our earth's environment. These
faeries encourage the ever changing seasons
and weather patterns to help ensure the survival
of precious plant and animal life on this
planet. They help to protect and maintain
the delicate balance and beauty of this world.

Spring
Faery - Ionantha - £5.99
Ionantha
can be seen on spring days in town and country
gardens. She helps garden plants to flower
so humans can enjoy the beauty of nature right
on their doorstep. She is a strong flying
faery. She has to hover under the pansies
and primroses to extract the nectar for her
relatives and friends. She knows that this
work helps to pollenate the plants, making
them stronger and more bountiful. Her dresses
and her bonnet help her to remain camouflaged.
To see her it is necessary to sit quietly
in your own back garden and be patient and
observant.

Summer
Faery - Natalia - £5.99
The
summer faeries are only visible to earthlings
during June and July. Natalia has beautiful,
long blonde curly hair that protects her from
the hot sun so she never wears a hat. She
encourages trees in to full leaf to provide
a shady haven for more delicate plants and
animals. Natalia enjoys flying and riding
on the back of giant dragonflies and she can
repair the damaged wings of damselflies, dragonflies
and butterflies.

Elves : Wood
elves have no wings. They do not travel far.
They live in selected woodlands and shrubby
places that are rarely visited by mortals. They
are fun loving caring little creatures. |

Wherever
vines and hops spread their tendrils and meander
through bushes, Vitacia and his elfin friends
will be there to ensure that the delicious
nectars and perfumes are produced to perfection
for the elves and faeries. Pure nectar is
the only drink for many faeries and is extremely
valuable. The perfumes of the plants are collected
and spread around the meadows and woodlands
to make the world attractive to all mortal
and ethereal creatures.

Lunaria
is a kindly, experienced witch who rapidly
transfloats on her broom of finest birch shoots
to immortals in dark difficulty. She cares
especially for young, inexperienced faeries
who frequently become lost in ethereal planetary
moonscapes. She has helped mortals in danger
among the shadows of a full moon but only
before midnight.
