An expectant hush falls on the earth
though many know not why
a wonderful thing is taking place
though many pass it by

through death, life is reborn anew
the Mothers' Sun emerges
like a phoenix from the fire
he rises from the ashes

Mother, daughter, father, son
the longest night goes by
it heralds rebirth and life returns
as we call - now Sun Arise!
